Lunarjetty — Account and data deletion
This page explains how to delete your account and data in the Lunarjetty (lunarjetty.com) app. It is provided by AlienPeoples.
Deleting in the app
- Open the Lunarjetty app.
- Go to the Settings screen.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the instructions, enter the confirmation text, and proceed with the deletion.
Deletion is processed immediately, with no separate approval step.
If you cannot access the app
If you have lost your device or already deleted the app, you can request deletion at the address below.

After verifying your identity, we will process the request within 7 business days and reply with the result.
Data that is deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- Account information — your login account and linked email address
- Chats — all chat history and every message exchanged
- Memories — memory items saved from chats and their archived copies
- Your cookies — balance and usage history. Free cookies (free grants and rewards) expire and are not eligible for refund. 🔴 If you have purchased cookies left, request a return before deleting your account — after deletion, we have to verify your payment records to process it, which takes longer (Terms of service, Article 7)
- Created content — characters you have never made public (drafts in progress and private creations) and their images
- Ratings and saves — thumbs up / thumbs down and characters you saved
- Consent records — your history of agreeing to the terms and your age confirmation records
🔴 If one account is linked to multiple apps, the data of all linked apps is deleted together. If you use other apps of AlienPeoples with the same account, that data will also be deleted.
Data that is not deleted
- Payment records — Under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce of the Republic of Korea, records of payments and supply of goods are kept for 5 years. These records are kept only to verify payments and are not linked to other information identifying you.
- Anonymous statistics — Usage statistics aggregated so that individuals cannot be identified are not subject to deletion.
- Identifiers used to restrict re-registration — To prevent abuse of account deletion (such as repeatedly obtaining free benefits), you cannot use the Service again with the same account (email or social login) for 15 days after deleting your account. For this purpose, we keep your email address and account identifier only as a one-way hash (the original cannot be restored) for 15 days, after which it is deleted automatically.
- Characters you already made public — Making a character public grants a license to make that character available for other users to chat with, so characters you have already made public remain after you delete your account. However, the creator credit and the original text of the creation form are deleted, the character is removed from Home, and no new chats can be started with it. Characters you have never made public are deleted as described above.
- Other users' chats — Chats that other users had with characters you created are those users' data and are not deleted.
- De-identified image copies — Copies of AI-generated images of characters that are not linked to you or to any chat (used for promotion under Article 8-3 of the Terms of service). They contain no chat content and no information identifying you, and they are deleted if the character's creator opts out of promotional use or the character is deleted.
Processing time
Deletion requests are processed immediately. Access to the account is blocked right after the request, so you cannot sign in from other devices either. If deletion is not completed because of a temporary system error, it is automatically retried and completed within 3 days.
